Thomas Shivers is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Municipal Litigation Departments, focusing his practice on the defense of public entities, officials and employees in claims alleging Title 59 and civil rights violations. He also represents employers and employees in a wide array of employment matters, such as claims of harassment, hostile work environment, and discrimination on the basis of sex, race, disability, age, pregnancy, religion, and national origin.

Thomas earned his law degree at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2021, where he served as Internal Coordinator and Editor of the Dispute Resolution Society, and graduated from University of Central Florida in 2018. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
