Arthur Arnold is Of Counsel to the firm's General Civil and Commercial Litigation Group. A seasoned trial lawyer, Arthur handles the defense of civil matters, including the areas of general liability, premises liability, professional liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. His extensive trial experience spanning over four decades as Counsel for major insurance carriers in the U.S. forms his ability to advise businesses on matters related to insurance defense and personal injury claims. In addition, Arthur handled medical and nursing home and veterinary malpractices cases, as well as construction litigation cases.
Arthur earned his law degree at Vermont Law School in 1982 and graduated from Duke University with a B.A. degree in 1978. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and North Carolina.
