Kristi is a member of Hoagland Longo’s Environmental and Toxic Tort practice, where she has built her career defending asbestos and talc litigation. Practicing across New Jersey, New York, and eastern Pennsylvania, Kristi is recognized for her strategic mindset, detail-oriented advocacy, and ability to guide clients through the complexities of mass tort litigation.
Since joining Hoagland Longo over a decade ago, Kristi has played a pivotal role in managing high-stakes toxic tort cases. She skillfully oversees discovery, prepares and argues key motions, and represents clients at mediations and settlement conferences. Her work requires balancing legal precision with practical resolution strategies—an approach that has earned her the trust of clients navigating the evolving landscape of asbestos and talc litigation.
Beyond her litigation practice, Kristi is also a mentor within the practice. She devotes time to guiding associates in case strategy, legal writing, and motion practice, helping to maintain consistency and excellence across the team’s caseload. Her ability to combine strong advocacy with collaborative leadership makes her a valuable resource for both clients and colleagues.
Before joining the firm, Kristi gained experience through diverse legal roles, including serving as a law clerk and interning with both the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, as well as the New Jersey Department of the Public Advocate. These early experiences broadened her perspective on the law and continue to inform her thoughtful and thorough approach to litigation today.
