Christy focuses on employment and municipal law, defending public entities, officials, and employees in claims brought under Title 59 and in civil rights litigation. She also represents employers and employees in a wide range of workplace matters, including allegations of harassment, hostile work environment, and discrimination based on sex, race, disability, age, pregnancy, religion, and national origin.
Christy brings strong litigation skills to her practice, including legal research, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. She works closely with clients to develop effective strategies that protect their interests while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Before entering private practice, Christy served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Bina K. Desai in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, where she gained experience supporting complex civil and employment matters.
