Kevin is a part of Hoagland Longo’s Employment & Labor and Municipal practice groups, and works on matters involving workplace disputes, public entity liability, and related litigation. His work includes legal research, drafting, and case preparation to support the defense of employers, municipalities, and government officials.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Kevin served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Christopher D. Rafano, J.S.C., in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Law Division. In that role, he conducted legal research and prepared written analyses of issues before the Court, assisted with oral arguments, and served as a mediator for Small Claims and Landlord/Tenant disputes.
Kevin earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Distinguished Weekend Scholarship recipient, a Quarterfinalist in the Gressman Intra-Scholastic Moot Court Competition, and an Associate Editor and Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. His combination of judicial, litigation, regulatory, and compliance experience provides a strong foundation for his work representing public entities, municipalities, employers, and other clients.
