Nicholas focuses his practice on general liability matters, including personal injury defense, automobile liability, premises liability, and property damage. His work includes legal research, drafting, and case preparation in negligence-based claims involving individuals, businesses, and insurers.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Nicholas served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lisa M. Vignuolo, P.J. Ch., in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Chancery Division. He conducted legal research, prepared bench memoranda, drafted orders and legal opinions, and gained exposure to motion hearings, conferences, and trials. He also mediated Landlord/Tenant and Special Civil Part matters.
During law school, Nicholas developed his skills in trial advocacy, legal research, and strategic analysis through coursework, clinical experience, and his work with the Villanova Moorad Sports Law Journal. He brings a strong foundation in research, writing, and litigation to his insurance defense practice.
