Dalmiry focuses her practice on general liability matters, including personal injury defense, automobile liability, premises liability, and property damage. Her work includes legal research, drafting, and case preparation in negligence-based claims involving individuals, businesses, and insurers.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Dalmiry served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Galis-Menendez in the Hudson County Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. In that role, she managed the motion calendar, assisted with trial preparation, conducted legal research, and prepared materials to assist the Court in formulating opinions.
During law school, Dalmiry gained practical experience through internships with AmTrust Financial Services and the Superior Court of Delaware. She also served as an Intake Specialist with Delaware Volunteer Legal Aid and was a member of the Transactional Law and Moot Court Honor Societies. As President of the Latin American Law Student Association, she further developed her leadership and advocacy skills. Dalmiry also brings prior experience as a personal injury and workers’ compensation paralegal, including managing a substantial caseload and communicating with Spanish-speaking clients. These experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in legal research, writing, case management, and client service, which she now applies to her litigation practice.
