Noor-Eldeen is a part of Hoagland Longo’s Employment & Labor and Municipal practice groups, and works on matters involving workplace disputes, public entity liability, and related litigation. His work includes legal research, drafting, and case preparation to support the defense of employers, municipalities, and government officials.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Noor-Eldeen served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Nidara Y. Rourk, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Criminal Part. In that role, he drafted opinions, orders, and bench memoranda, conducted legal research, managed eCourts filings, and mediated civil matters. His clerkship provided valuable experience in legal analysis, motion practice, and dispute resolution.
