Alex is a part of Hoagland Longo’s Employment & Labor and Municipal practice groups, and works on matters involving workplace disputes, public entity liability, and related litigation. His work includes legal research, drafting, and case preparation to support the defense of employers, municipalities, and government officials.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Alex served as a Court Clerk to the Honorable Bruce J. Kaplan, P.J.Cv., in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Civil Division. In that role, he managed the Court’s civil calendar, conducted legal research, prepared memoranda for oral arguments and weekly motions, and drafted orders. He also assisted with Multi-County Litigation dockets and mediated Small Claims, civil, and family matters.
Alex earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society and a Staff Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He brings a strong foundation in civil litigation developed through his judicial clerkship and prior experience with regulatory matters.
