Joseph focuses his practice on matters involving general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation. He advises and defends individuals, businesses, and insurers in civil matters involving negligence, personal injury, and related liability claims, assisting with legal research, case preparation, and the development of effective litigation strategies.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Joe served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Bruce J. Kaplan, P.J.Cv., in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Civil Division. He prepared orders and bench memoranda addressing motions involving product liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, and other civil matters.
Joe earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Distinguished Scholarship recipient and participated in the Real Estate Law Society and Tax Law Society. His prior professional experience strengthened his research, communication, organizational, and client-service skills, which he now applies to his litigation practice.
