Michelle focuses her practice on defending environmental claims and complex toxic tort matters. She represents property owners, contractors, manufacturers, and insurers in litigation involving alleged exposure to hazardous substances such as asbestos, talc, mold, and chemical contaminants, as well as claims involving environmental property damage and regulatory enforcement.
She supports the firm’s environmental litigation efforts by assisting in the defense of claims involving asbestos, talc, mold, and environmental contamination. Her work includes conducting legal research, preparing discovery responses, reviewing technical documents, and supporting the development of expert strategies.
In addition to her environmental work, Michelle has supported litigation involving construction defect, construction general liability, professional liability, and consumer fraud claims. Her experience includes matters concerning structural deficiencies, design errors, jobsite incidents, and allegations brought under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
Before joining the firm, Michelle served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph W. Oxley in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, where she gained valuable insight into civil litigation and motion practice.
