Joshua is part of Hoagland Longo’s Transactional practice group, where his work spans both corporate matters and litigation. He assists with business and commercial disputes by contributing to case development, analyzing contracts, and supporting discovery and strategy. In addition, he handles general liability cases involving bodily injury, property damage, negligence, and motor vehicle accidents, representing individuals, commercial drivers, transportation companies, and insurers.

Before joining the firm, Joshua served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Bruce J. Kaplan, Civil Presiding Judge in the Middlesex County Superior Court of New Jersey. In that role, he drafted bench memoranda and proposed orders, analyzed motions and discovery disputes, and managed civil and multicounty litigation dockets.

During law school, Joshua gained diverse experience through internships with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and a private law firm. He worked on licensing agreements, contract and property issues, arbitration matters, and business litigation. He also served as President of the Rutgers Intellectual Property Legal Association and was named a Maida Public Interest Fellow in 2023.
