Nabila is a part of Hoagland Longo’s Employment & Labor and Municipal practice groups, where she represents both public and private employers in civil litigation, administrative proceedings, and employment-related disputes. With more than ten years of trial experience, she brings a litigation-focused, solutions-driven approach to defending claims involving discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower allegations, workplace investigations, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Nabila draws on her substantial litigation experience to help clients navigate sensitive issues that arise before and during the litigation of employment and civil rights matters. She applies this experience by preparing pleadings, negotiating settlements, and guiding clients through complex workplace disputes involving compliance, investigations, and risk management. Drawing on her background as trial counsel on hundreds of liability and coverage cases—including UM/UIM matters—she helps manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, and appeals.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Nabila worked in defense firms and clerked for the Honorable Sheldon Franklin, J.S.C. She is an accomplished legal writer whose work has been published in several professional journals. Nabila brings more than a decade of litigation experience to the firm’s Employment & Labor and Municipal practice group, focusing on employer defense, proactive counseling, and navigating emerging workplace challenges.
