Joe also maintains an active litigation practice that includes complex commercial disputes and chancery matter, including trusts and estates litigation. He frequently appears in New Jersey’s Chancery Division, representing individuals and businesses in cases involving contract breaches, business disputes, fiduciary obligations, and injunctive relief. His ability to navigate both the procedural and substantive complexities of equity litigation has earned him a reputation for practical advocacy and strategic insight.

In the area of trusts and estates, Joe represents executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and heirs in will contests, fiduciary disputes, and contested probate proceedings. He is known for bringing clarity, professionalism, and sensitivity to emotionally charged family matters involving inheritance and estate administration.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe served as the first judicial law clerk to the Honorable John D. O’Dwyer, J.S.C., gaining valuable experience in legal reasoning and procedural nuance. Reflecting his commitment to civic engagement, Joe serves on the East Brunswick Township Library Board of Trustees, and is a volunteer with the New Brunswick City Center.
