Nayoung focuses her practice on defending environmental claims and complex toxic tort matters. She represents property owners, contractors, manufacturers, and insurers in litigation involving alleged exposure to hazardous substances such as asbestos, talc, mold, and chemical contaminants, as well as claims involving environmental property damage and regulatory enforcement.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Nayoung served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Benjamin S. Bucca, Jr., in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Law Division. In that role, she assists with drafting judicial opinions and orders, prepares bench memoranda, conducts legal research, and supports motion practice and civil proceedings.
Nayoung earned her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she served as Executive Foreign Decisional Editor of the Arbitration Law Review and Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
