He represents a wide array of private clients in complex commercial real estate and business acquisitions, managing transactions from concept through closing. He collaborates extensively with stakeholders—developers, engineers, environmental and financial consultants, and local, county, and state agencies—to support large-scale redevelopment and municipal initiatives. His proficiency includes preparing and negotiating complex agreements such as redevelopment and acquisition agreements, ground leases, PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) agreements, multi-party funding agreements, shared services contracts, and more.
