Shaun is part of the Transactional practice at Hoagland Longo. He focuses on property tax appeals, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant matters, and municipal government issues. Shaun advises individuals, businesses, and public entities on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Shaun served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Joan Bedrin Murray, J.S.C./J.T.C., in the Chancery and Tax Divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey. There, he gained valuable experience in real estate, foreclosure, and tax appeal matters, and developed strong skills in legal research and opinion drafting.

While in law school, Shaun served as Treasurer of the Tax Law Society and Senator of the Real Estate Law Society. He is also the author of the published article, "Expert Witnesses in Bankruptcy Court: A Battle of Misconceptions."
