Experience

Shazia Chaudhri deWit is a partner in the Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation department. She assists as National Counsel for Kohler Company, Exteco (formerly Thermo Electric Company), and all Borg Warner non-automotive divisions. She is responsible for coordinating a national defense for asbestos related matters pending throughout the country. Shazia also handles toxic tort matters in both New Jersey and New York.
