Dorothy B. "Dede" Duncan is Of Counsel to the firm's Transactional Department, where she focuses on corporate law, business acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate transactions, municipal government and redevelopment law. 

Dede brings over three decades of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, refinances, development transactions, title review and resolution. Before joining Hoagland Longo, she served residential and commercial borrowers and lenders at her own law practice in purchase, sale, and refinance transactions for a decade. She also served as Counsel at title agencies in New Jersey and New York.

Dede earned her law degree at Brooklyn Law School and graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. degree. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
