Jennifer focuses her practice on general liability matters, including personal injury defense, automobile liability, premises liability, and property damage. Her work includes legal research, drafting, and case preparation in negligence-based claims involving individuals, businesses, and insurers.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Jennifer served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Baker, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Hudson Vicinage. In that role, she prepared case memoranda on dispositive motions, reviewed briefs, observed hearings and oral arguments, and mediated disputes in the Special Civil, Small Claims, and Landlord/Tenant parts.
During law school, Jennifer served on the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and gained practical experience through both the International Human Rights Clinic and the Intellectual Property Law Clinic. She also served as Vice President of the International Law Society, further developing her interest in global and comparative legal issues. These experiences, together with her clerkship, provided a strong foundation in research, writing, and case evaluation, which she now applies in her litigation practice.
