James J. Creech

James Creech is an Associate in the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort Department.
James received his undergraduate education from Monmouth University and his J.D. and LL.M. in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law.
While in law school, James served as the Managing Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review. He was also a Land Use Law Center Graduate Research Fellow and a Pace University School of Law Environmental Law Merit Scholar.
During law school, James completed internships with the Environmental Division of the General Counsel of an Energy Utility, the Environmental Litigation Clinic at Pace University School of Law, the Land Use Law Center at Pace University School of Law, the U.S. Department of the Interior, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
James served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jessica R. Mayer, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
