Rebecca focuses her practice on matters involving general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation. She advises clients across a broad range of  industries, helping to develop practical, solution-oriented approaches to defend against civil claims and reduce potential legal exposure.

Before joining Hoagland Longo, Rebecca served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Danielle J. Walcoff in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County, Civil Division. During her clerkship, she gained valuable insight into the judicial process and developed a strong foundation in civil procedure and motion practice.

Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2022, where she was awarded the Dean's Select Merit Scholarship in recognition of her academic performance. She also served as Vice President of the Brehon Law Society. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Widener University in 2019 and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

  • Familiarity with PIP benefits, comparative negligence, and UM/UIM coverage

Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith

  • Analysis of insurance policies to determine coverage obligations and exclusions
  • Defense of insurers against claims of bad faith and extra-contractual liability
