Michael Manning is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Municipal Litigation Departments, where he defends public entities, officials and employees against claims alleging Title 59 and civil rights violations. He also represents employers and employees in a wide array of employment matters, such as claims of harassment, hostile work environment, and discrimination on the basis of sex, race, disability, age, pregnancy, religion, and national origin.

Prior to joining Hoagland Longo, Michael clerked for the Hon. Teresa Kondrup Coyle, J.C.S. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County.

Michael earned his law degree at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022 and his B.S. degree at Monmouth University in 2019. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
