Bill has gained significant trial experience in these positions, having taken hundreds of cases to verdict.

His extensive direct and cross examination skills led him to serve as an adjunct professor for the Division of Criminal Justice Training Academy in Sea Girt, NJ. Through this academy, Bill has trained police officers and state troopers in cross-examination techniques used by defense attorneys, and how to effectively confront these techniques during suppression hearings and trials.

Bill completed his undergraduate education at the University of Connecticut.
