William McGuinn Appointed as the Municipal Court Prosecutor in Aberdeen Township

The firm proudly announces that attorney William McGuinn was sworn in as the Aberdeen Township Municipal Prosecutor on January 6, 2015.  As Township Prosecutor, Bill will be prosecuting motor vehicle infractions such as moving violations and DUI cases.  Bill will also be responsible for handling the prosecution of petty crimes including shoplifting, simple assault and disorderly persons offenses.
