William McGuinn Appointed Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Aberdeen, Borough of Red Bank & Borough of Sea Bright
Firm partner, William G. McGuinn, was recently appointed as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Aberdeen, Borough of Red Bank and Borough of Sea Bright, New Jersey for the year 2019. This will be Bill’s 5th year as prosecutor in Aberdeen, his 2ndyear in Red Bank and his 1st year in Sea Bright. As Prosecutor in these municipalities, Bill is responsible for the prosecution of motor-vehicle violations, driving while intoxicated charges, ordinance violations and all disorderly person criminal offenses.
