Appellate Practice

Appellate Advocacy is one of the hallmarks of any law firm.

Our Appellate Practice group focuses on leveraging our experience to provide clients with effective, results-oriented, post trial representation. Our attorneys have successfully defended clients on appeals that seek to overturn lower-court rulings and have obtained reversals of prior adverse rulings. We also represent clients who have turned to us at the appellate stage for new representation in their cases handled previously by other counsel. We have successfully argued in state and federal courts in New Jersey. We represent a wide variety of clients including corporations and private individuals in their appeals processes. We advise on appellate strategy and handle appeals-including writing briefs and making oral arguments in the courts. Our group is also prepared to provide general advice on appellate matters, amicus curiae briefs, administrative appeals, or any other issues in which an appellate court may eventually become involved. Our efforts have resulted in landmark opinions such as:

Hubner v. Spring Valley Equestrain Center, Richard Mirra

Reyes v. Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, Michael Kearns
