Thaddeus J. Hubert, III to Present NJICLE Ethics Panel
Hoagland Longo Ethics Partner Thaddeus J. Hubert, III will present a seminar entitled “Nuts and Bolts of New Jersey Ethics and Professionalism” at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The seminar will cover the essentials of law practice risk management/loss prevention and attorney ethics and professionalism, including how to advertise ethically and how to handle conflicts of interest, client relations, and confidentiality issues in a professional manner.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, Ted has extensive experience handling legal malpractice cases in both the State and Federal Courts as well as through Alternate Dispute Resolution forums. He regularly lectures on Risk Management issues for State and Local Bar Associations and continuing legal education courses in New Jersey and elsewhere.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
