Daniel Kuszmerski
Daniel is a Partner specializing in Environmental Law. He has extensive experience in prosecuting and defending mold, home heating oil, carbon monoxide, benzene, silica, natural disaster, and asbestos claims venued in both state and federal court. In this capacity, Daniel represents individuals, small businesses, multi-national corporations, and insurance carriers. He is experienced in all stages of litigation, from inception through trial.

Andrea Mackaronis
As a Partner in our Family Law Department, Andrea has devoted her practice exclusively to issues of divorce, including child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, post-judgment issues, and also handles non-dissolution matters. In addition, Andrea has experience practicing Collaborative Law and is trained in Family Law Mediation.

Brian McFadden-DiNicola
Brian is a Partner in the firm's Family Law Department and is trained in both Family Law Mediation and the Collaborative Divorce process. He is an experienced litigator and has tried many family law cases to conclusion. He has brought and defended family law cases in the Appellate Court on issues of domestic violence, child support, alimony, dissipation of marital property, mutual investment property, and counsel fees.

Jason S. Riemer
Jason is the Managing Attorney in our New York City office for our Environmental Department. His practice encompasses a wide variety of civil litigation matters that include asbestos and toxic tort defense, products liability, professional liability, construction accident, premises and elevator accident, and motor vehicle cases. Jason has taken many of these matters to verdict in Federal District Court and in the Supreme Court of NY State.
