Experience

Brian McFadden-DiNicola is an associate in the firm's Family Law department.  Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in Springfield, New Jersey at Gomperts & Braun, LLC, a firm limiting its' practice to substantial family law actions.  Previously, Brian worked in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage, for three years, where he oversaw thousands of divorce and custody cases annually.  

Brian's unique family law background has given him keen insight into how family law matters are resolved by the courts.  He has been on the brief for family law appellate court cases on issues of child support, alimony, mutual investment property, and counsel fees.  Brian has also been a repeat contributor for family law articles on www.divorce360.com, a help and advice website on divorce issues.
