Experience

Daniel R. Kuszmerski joined the firm in March 2008.  He focuses his practice on Environmental Law, including asbestos litigation.  He was previously employed by the law firm of Barrett Lazar, LLC in Maywood, N.J. 

Dan held the position of Judicial Intern in the Essex County Superior Court, Civil Division in Newark, N.J. under the Honorable James S. Rothschild, J.S.C. from July through August 2003.
