As a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, he brings a sustainability-conscious perspective to his diverse legal practice, which focuses on commercial real estate, corporate transactions, municipal government, and redevelopment. He is widely recognized for advising both private and public clients through complex, high-value redevelopment and real estate transactions, with particular strength in structuring projects that support community revitalization, infrastructure investment, and long-term planning objectives.
In his private practice, Anthony represents clients in the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial properties and businesses. He handles every phase of the transaction process—from structuring and negotiating deals to conducting due diligence, resolving title and environmental issues, managing 1031 exchanges, and closing transactions. His corporate work includes franchise acquisitions, business formations and restructurings, distressed asset resolutions, and loan workouts. His extensive experience with leasing, subdivisions, and financing structures enables him to guide clients through a wide range of real estate and business objectives.
Anthony is equally active in the public sector, advising municipalities, redevelopment agencies, and local government departments. He handles major redevelopment and land use projects, collaborating closely with developers, engineers, financial advisors, and regulatory agencies. His work includes drafting and negotiating redevelopment and acquisition agreements, ground leases, PILOT agreements, infrastructure funding contracts, and shared services arrangements. He brings a strategic, hands-on approach to structuring public-private partnerships and aligning legal frameworks with community development goals. He also represents clients at public hearings and provides legal guidance throughout the governmental approval process.
Recognized for his professional excellence, Anthony has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America from 2023 to 2025. He was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2007 to 2010 and again in 2012, and was honored as one of the New Jersey Law Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” in 2011.
