Hoagland Longo Attorneys Join New Jersey Defense Association and Insurance Council of New Jersey in Automobile Liability Seminar

Hoagland Longo partners Julie Alicino, Chad Moore, and Ted Hubert will be speaking at the annual Automobile Liability Seminar, hosted by the New Jersey Defense Association in conjunction with the Insurance Council of New Jersey. As a Director on NJDA Executive Board of Trustees and Chair of the Auto Liability committee, Julie will serve as moderator for the event. Chad will be leading the “Virtual/Hybrid Trial Roundtable,” a panel discussion on past, present and future civil jury trials as well as peremptory challenges. In “Ethics in the Automobile Liability Context,” Ted will discuss legal ethics and malpractice issues, including the ethics of errors and nontraditional legal malpractice exposures, and share risk management best practices based on case law.

Other topics of interest include “The Bridge & Tunnel No Fault Scheme” and “Defending Orthopedic Knee Injury Claims.” The New Jersey Defense Association establishes a communication link among New Jersey defense attorneys, insurance claim professionals, self-insurers and other corporations who devote a substantial portion of their time to the defense of damage suits or to claims administration.
