Chad Moore to Speak at NJICLE Seminar September 12

The Enterprise Center at BCC, Mt. Laurel, NJ  New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education

Chad Moore will be speaking this Saturday, September 12 at the NJICLE Civil Trial Practice Section program "Handling the Auto Injury Case: New Developments with the Black Box and More", presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Auto Reparations Special Committee and the Young Lawyers Division.

This all-new program will take you step-by-step through the entire process of handing an auto injury case - from visiting the scene of the accident and pre-suit concerns through deposing witnesses and trial tip techniques for those cases that go to trial. The panel of experienced attorneys, joined by an accident reconstruction expert, will guide you through the litigation process and offer tactics to maximize recovery if you represent the plaintiff, or minimize exposure if you represent the defense in an auto injury case. Chad will discuss trial techniques, taking De Benne Esse depositions, trial testimony and will specifically offer an insiders perspective on James v Ruiz, a case expected to have substantial impact on the use of expert testimony at trial.
