Jeffrey J. Czuba Prevails in Two Trials in Middlesex County Superior Court
Jeffrey J. Czuba successfully completed two trials this month in Middlesex County Superior Court.
On June 9th, Jeffrey prevailed before Hon. Melvin Gelade, J.S.C. in a case that arose out of a 2013 motor vehicle accident where the Plaintiff alleged that she sustained permanent injuries to her neck, back and shoulder and was seeking damages. At the conclusion of the trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant, finding that the Plaintiff failed to demonstrate the injuries were caused by the accident.
On June 22nd, Jeffrey prevailed before Hon. Arnold Natali, J.S.C in a case that arose out of a 2014 motor vehicle/motorcycle accident where the Plaintiff alleged he was thrown off of his motorcycle and sustained multiple injuries as a direct result of the Defendant’s driving. At the conclusion of the trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant finding that the Plaintiff was 100% liable for the cause of the accident.
