Jack M. Middough Appointed as President of New Brunswick Bar Association

Hoagland Longo attorney Jack M. Middough has been appointed as the President of the New Brunswick Bar Association for the 2023-24 term. The appointment occurred at the New Brunswick Bar Association’s Annual Installation Dinner at Sophie’s Bistro on June 22, 2023. The New Brunswick Bar Association was formed to promote a collegial environment amongst legal practitioners in the City of New Brunswick.

Jack is an attorney in the firm’s Employment and Municipal Litigation Departments.  Jack represents employers and employees in a wide variety of cases that involve claims of harassment, hostile work environment, and discrimination based on sex, race, disability, age, pregnancy, religion, and national origin.  Jack also represents public entities, officials, and employees in Title 59 and civil rights actions, including excessive force, wrongful arrest, and malicious prosecution.
