Michael Dolan and Jason Riemer Present to New York Central Mutual

On June 24, Michael Dolan, Partner in the firm, and Jason Riemer, Managing Attorney of our New York City office, presented a seminar on “Reservations of Rights” on June 24 to claims representatives at New York Central Mutual in their home office in Edmeston, New York.  The seminar was arranged through the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (theclm.org), an organization that promotes and furthers the highest standards of claims and litigation management and brings together the thought leaders in both industries. Michael is a partner in our New Brunswick office and handles construction, transportation and product liability claims.
