Hoagland Longo Attorneys Join Panel Discussions at Automobile Liability Seminar

Hoagland Longo partners Juliann M. Alicino and Thaddeus J. Hubert, III will join the annual Automobile Liability Seminar, hosted by the New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA) in conjunction with the Insurance Council of New Jersey (ICNJ). As NJDA Director and Chair of the association’s Auto Liability Committee, Julie will serve as moderator for the event. During the ethics segment of the seminar, Ted will discuss the most important ethics decision of 2022 and its potential impact on New Jersey’s disciplinary system; conflicts of interest in auto litigation; and how civil trial attorneys should react to client fraud.

The NJDA establishes a communication link among New Jersey defense attorneys, insurance claim professionals, self-insurers and other corporations who devote a substantial portion of their time to the defense of damage suits or to claims administration. The 2022 Automobile Liability Seminar will include discussions on automated vehicles and related legal considerations, and the New Jersey Fair Insurance Conduct Act.
