Juliann M. Alicino Prevails at Middlesex County Trial

Juliann M. Alicino prevailed in an automobile liability trial in Middlesex County before Judge Michael Toto.  Plaintiff alleged he sustained permanent injuries to his neck, back, wrist, and ankle as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on August 12, 2010.  The jury found that the Plaintiff failed to prove that he sustained a permanent injury as a result of this accident, and returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant.
