Jeffrey Czuba Wins Automobile Liability Trial in Middlesex County Superior Court

On Tuesday, January 20, 2015, Jeffrey Czuba completed a four-day automobile liability trial before Hon. Vincent LeBlon, JSC in Middlesex County Superior Court. This case arose out of a motor vehicle accident which occurred in 2011 West Windsor, NJ.  The defendant, with a green light, made a left hand turn, collided with the plaintiff coming in the opposite direction. As a result of the accident Plaintiff alleged she sustained multiple permanent injuries. The case was tried on the issue of liability and damages. After 50 minutes of deliberation the jury returned a verdict in favor of our client, the defendant, assessing liability at 60% against the defendant and 40% against the plaintiff and finding that the plaintiff had failed to prove that she sustained a permanent injury proximately caused by the accident.
