Chad Moore Wins Verdict For Client in Atlantic County

Chad Moore, Partner in the firm, successfully obtained a verdict in favor of his client at trial in Atlantic County Superior Court. Chad tried the case DeMarchi v. Vansant in which the Plaintiff claimed that Mr. Vansant was negligent in the operation of his vehicle and that she sustained permanent injuries due to that negligence. Mr. Vansant admitted to being responsible for the happening of the accident, but denied plaintiff’s claim for damages. Through use of the firms trial presentation software, Chad was able to deliver an effective defense and presentation to the  jury.  After 3 days of trial and 20 minutes of deliberations, the jury rendered a unanimous verdict in favor of Mr. Vansant.
