Franceska concentrates her practice on the defense of civil matters including general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation. She works with clients across various industries, supporting the development of thorough, effective strategies to defend against civil claims and minimize legal exposure.

Before joining Hoagland Longo, Franceska served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stuart A. Minkowitz, A.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris/Sussex Counties. During her clerkship, she gained valuable insight into the judicial process and developed a strong foundation in civil procedure and motion practice.

Franceska earned her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she served as a Research Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Provost. She also gained practical experience in mediation through the Matrimonial Mediation Clinic. While in law school, she worked as a Senior Capital Compliance Analyst for NJ Transit, researching pending state and federal regulations and their impact on NJ Transit's Capital Programs projects. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 2014 and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
