Powers, Co-Chair of our Construction Litigation Department, has been featured in the November newsletter of Chadwick Brokerage - a specialty insurance and risk management firm that supports the unique needs of design professionals – with an article titled “Ownership of Documents 101”. Larry’s article focuses on the extent of the intellectual property rights Architects possess in the drawings they prepare for their clients. His purpose was to provide Architects with the basics on their ownership of the documents that they prepare.
