Hoagland Longo Welcomes Of Counsel Ayanna Countee

Hoagland Longo is pleased to welcome Ayanna Y. Countee, Esq., as our newest Of Counsel.

Ayanna focuses her practice on general liability matters, including premises and automobile liability, transportation-related accidents, property damage, and insurance disputes. She brings over a decade of litigation experience to the firm, having served in both plaintiff and defense roles across a wide spectrum of civil cases.

Ayanna is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and has represented clients at every stage of litigation—from pre-suit investigation through trial. Her background includes serving as in-house counsel for national insurance carriers and representing individual plaintiffs and criminal defendants, giving her a well-rounded and strategic approach to advocacy. She also serves as a court-appointed arbitrator and actively contributes to various Superior Court committees that support the administration of civil justice.

Ayanna earned her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Columbia University.
