Hoagland Longo Former Partner Douglas M. Fasciale Confirmed as New Jersey Supreme Court Justice

Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas is honored to recognize the appointment of our former partner, Douglas M. Fasciale, to the New Jersey Supreme Court.

After graduating from Seton Hall Law School and serving as a judicial clerk for former Superior Court Judge John E. Keefe, Justice Fasciale started his legal career with Hoagland Longo, where he practiced for almost 18 years as a trial lawyer. Initially in the area of insurance defense litigation and then eventually serving as the chair of the firm’s plaintiff’s Personal Injury practice.  Justice Fasciale became a certified civil trial attorney while a partner at the firm.  Long aspiring to serve on the bench, he was appointed to the Superior Court Law Division in 2004, where he rapidly moved up the ranks, and, in 2010, he was appointed to the Appellate Division.
