Thaddeus J. Hubert to Present on “Ethics in Auto Litigation”
Ted Hubert will present on Ethical Issues for lawyers at the 2025 Auto Liability Seminar, hosted by the New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA) in partnership with the Insurance Council of New Jersey (ICNJ). The seminar offers 4.7 CLE credits, including 1 ethics credit.
In his presentation, Ted, among other things, will examine the professional responsibility issues that arise during the creation of the attorney client relationship. He will also describe conflicts that develop under RPCs 1.7 and 1.8 at the outset of the attorney client relationship and how to avoid them. Further Ted will analyze how to avoid disciplinary complaints when dealing with non-clients.
The Auto Liability Seminar will also feature additional presentations on medical billing and future medical costs, biomechanics and injury causation, and spine surgery considerations, providing attendees with a comprehensive update on issues impacting auto liability litigation.
