Thaddeus Hubert, III, Presenter at 2014 NJDA/ICNJ Auto Liability Seminar

On Tuesday, November 25, 2014, Thaddeus J. Hubert, III, a Partner in the firm, will be a speaker on current issues in ethics at the 2014 Automobile Liability Seminar presented jointly by the New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA) and the Insurance Council of New Jersey (ICNJ). Attorneys in attendance will receive 4.7 CLE credit including 1 ethics credit for NJ, NY and PA. Insurance professionals will also receive CE credits. The seminar will cover:
- Aggravation Claims
- Defense of Conscious Pain & Suffering Claims
- Defending Economic Claims in Personal Injury Cases
- Current Issues in Ethics
