Andrew J. Carlowicz Presented at AIA Contract Document Workshop

On April 11, 2018, Andrew J. Carlowicz presented a seminar at the AIA Contract Document Workshop in Princeton. The attendees, most of whom were architects or engineers, benefited from topics such as Contract Terminology, AIA General Conditions, Alternate AIA Contract Documents and a Case Study. Andy presented on Primary AIA Contract Documents covering topics such as Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect and Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Design Builder among other standard agreements.

Andrew J. Carlowicz is the Co-Chair of Hoagland Longo’s Construction Litigation Department. Andy has regularly presented risk management seminars to the construction industry over the last twenty years at the request of various organizations. He has also appeared as a guest lecturer at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), the School of Architecture at Princeton University, as well as, the Annual “Judicial College” for New Jersey Superior Court Judges.  Andy is also a member of the panel of Approved Meditators and Arbitrators by the American Arbitration Association.
