Andrew J. Carlowicz, Jr. to Speak at NJICLE Seminar
Andrew J. Carlowicz, Jr., Co-Chair of Hoagland Longo’s Construction Litigation Department, will be speaking at the NJICLE Seminar titled “Handling the Construction Defect Case” on Thursday, June 6th.
During the seminar, there will be a practical and strategic discussion around many of the legal challenges encountered by the different parties in construction defect cases. The program will also include a detailed discussion of the insurance coverage issues that often become critical in the settlement discussions that take place. In addition, you will gain perspective from a retired Judge, and now active mediator, on the most effective ways to present a construction defect claim at the mediation stage.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.0 hours of total CLE credit.
