Carlowicz, Jr., Co-Chair of the firm Construction Law Department, will join a panel of seasoned construction law attorneys at the “Building Blocks for Handling Construction Law Cases” webcast, hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. During his presentation, Andy will discuss the pros and cons of litigation, arbitration, and mediation in construction disputes. He will also focus on some of the changes in dispute resolution through virtual platforms that were prompted by the COVID shutdowns, and which are now here to stay.
